Recital Policy

All recital and performance forms must be completed and returned to the LDT office. If the office does not receive a Recital Participation Form, LDT will order costumes for the student and payment will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. We have added this requirement to prevent the disappointment of a child not having a costume to wear during a performance.  If you do not plan to participate in a performance, make sure you return the appropriate form by the deadline to avoid being charged for costume(s).
