Summer at LDT is intense…The 8-week summer course offers

 

• Challenging daily classes including Ballet, Pointe, Pre-Pointe.

 

• Dynamic focus classes including Aquatic Fitness, Jazz, Modern, Pilates, Afro-Fusion, Musical Theatre, Chinese Folk Dance, Tap, Flamenco, Swing Dance, the Principals of Swashbuckling, Choreography Composition, Variations, Partnering.

 

• Cross-training classes including Aquatic Fitness, Understanding Anatomy, Pilates, Psoas Workshops, Ball Rolling, Yoga, and Dance History.
